Tosaf Compounds Ltd. is a global company that specializes in color master batches for the plastic industry, including all organic and inorganic pigments, as well as those for pearlescent, metallic, fluorescent, granite, sparkles and other special effects. This allows our global color team to create colors and effects that support our customer’s brand initiatives.

The application processes include Injection molding, blow molding, extrusion (sheet, film and profile), calendering, rotational molding, etc. This broad range of color master batches allows our customers to set their products apart, making them unique in their specific markets.

Film & sheets
Tosaf provides color MB with a very high dispersion for use in industry, using the best quality pigments in order to achieve the highest quality, according to customers’ specifications.
Color MB for film & sheets are mainly based on PE and are suitable for all kinds of polyolefin’s.

Injection
Tosaf provides a wide range of color MB for the injection molding industry for all types of applications, such as garden furniture, cosmetics, toys etc.
Tosaf provides the right color MB according to the customer needs, containing the right pigments and additives to provide the best results for UV stabilizer, light fastness, processing temperature and more.

Cables
Tosaf offers color MB based on PVC and PE, primarily for the cables industry.
Our colors MB are suitable for the electrical cables and telecom industry, with all of the requisite certification in accordance with European regulations.
PC Sheets
The colors MB for the PC-Sheets are, generally, transparent, and provide very high light transmission.
A standard Catalog for PC sheets applications is available upon request.
Construction
Tosaf produces color MB for the pipes industry, XPS and more.
For outdoor products special pigments with extremely high light fastness are used.
Special effects
The use of all organic and inorganic pigments and those for pearlescent, metallic, fluorescent, granite, sparkles and other special effects, allows our global color team to create colors and effects that support our customer’s brand initiatives.
Engineering resins
Tosaf produces color MB based on all types of Polymers, for example ABS, SAN, PS, PET, PMMA and more.
We have special MB for PET bottles and PET for thermoforming.
